- Add your response to the “Week 9″ topic on the Weekly Discussion forum.
- Find a short, informational video that is available on the Web (such as on YouTube or another video sharing site) that you think is stylistically interesting and/or could be used as a model for the book chapter remix assignment. Post a link to that video along with a brief description of it and why you think it could be a useful model for our videos to this topic on the Book Chapter Remix forum.
Before 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, 3/12
- Respond to one of your classmates’ posts on the forum.
- Create a draft storyboard for your chapter remix video and share it with your peer review partner in your Hangout group.
- Update, 3/9: I have written some brief notes on the storyboard assignment that you may find helpful.
- I have attached storyboard templates in .pdf and .doc formats. You are free to use these or a different template as long as it has room for a visual of each shot and notes about that shot.
- If you print and hand-write your storyboards, you will need digital copies to share with your partner. If you are on campus, you can scan documents for free at the library. If not, you will need to scan or photograph your hand-written storyboards for sharing online. (If you have difficulties with this process, feel free to contact me.) These peer reviews of your partner’s storyboards are due before midnight on Monday of Week 10. Details here.
