I seriously doubt many of us take the time to actually read them, and I certainly didn't read Pinterest's terms of service before I started using the it. I haven't used Pinterest for awhile, but it's interesting that pinning something means that you claim sole ownership. Nothing I've pinned is mine, and I've never asked permission to pin anything.
