How to build a Hardt-style presentation

To follow up on our conversation last night, I’ve attached a copy of a presentation I created for last year’s Computers and Writing conference. I posted the actual PPT file so you can see how I arrange the notes and other elements to make this type of presentation easier. (I used Keynote to build the file, but I’ve shared the PowerPoint copy for greater compatibility; there is no real difference in what the two programs can do.)
