I’m curious about what options we have as far as the hangout times. Due to my crazy schedule, I seldom know from day to day what times I will be available. I saw that you stated to email you to try to arrange times, and I’ll have to do it each/most time(s) we are to attend them.
I’ll try to make myself available, but there are times when I won’t have a choice but try to reschedule the hangout times. -
I will use a service that allows multiple people to find a mutually convenient time for a meeting.
There are only three times over the next 14 weeks when you will need to commit to a hangout. If you are unable to commit to them, you need to contact me as soon as you can so we can discuss the issue.
